High-density polyethylene components are currently one of the most popular materials for the construction and modernization of water and sewage networks. The use of high-density polyethylene ensures the reliability and long-term durability of the facility.
Technical advantages:
- High corrosion resistance:
Polyethylene is a material that is completely resistant to electrochemical and other chemical corrosion, so no additional protective coatings are required. PE pipes are also insensitive to biological contamination, so they maintain maximum flow capacity throughout their service life.
- Flexibility and impact resistance:
PE pipes are highly flexible, allowing them to compensate for ground movements and prevent microcracks. High impact resistance is particularly important when installing at low temperatures.
- Strong and tight welded joints:
Extrusion welding technology allows for uniform, tight, and durable joints that eliminate the risk of leakage and contamination from soil penetration.
- High load resistance:
Due to the homogeneous structure of the material, low sensitivity to deformation, and the ability to evenly distribute stress across the wall, polyethylene water and sewage system components are highly resistant to static and dynamic loads, static and dynamic loads, so they can be used in areas subject to traffic loads.
- Long service life:

- High resistance to chemicals:
Polyethylene does not react with most chemicals, such as acids, bases, and alcohol, making it ideal for industrial, water, sewage, and chemical installations.
- Resistance to temperature changes:
HDPE pipes and tanks can operate in a wide range of temperatures, which contributes to their versatility and variety of applications. Polyethylene components can be used at temperatures ranging from approximately -20 °C to +60 °C.
