Polyethylene sump pallets

Polyethylene bunded storage solution for IBCs and drums, made in 100% recycled polyethylene and provided with removable polyethylene grate.

Ecological containment platform manufactured in our company using eco-friendly linear polyethylene with rotational molding. Equipped with a self-supporting structure, they are reinforced to withstand impacts and chemical agents. They also feature a removable polyethylene grating support surface to facilitate internal cleaning. The new VPF tanks are designed to meet all containment needs, from oils to chemicals and hazardous substances, and are resistant to corrosion, acids, bases, and oils.  

Polyethylene drum spill containment pallets are ideal for the safe storage of hazardous chemicals and help prevent spills and pollution. They represent the most economical solution to protect the environment and comply with the strictest environmental regulations. They are available in four different models: 120, 220, 450, and 1,100 liters, and are characterized by the following features:

• They are the largest on the market.
• They are equipped with forklift pockets on all sides for handling empty units with pallet trucks or forklifts.
• They feature a top-lifting system for empty units, useful for internal and on-site handling.
• They come with an improved ergonomic grating.
• The grating is equipped with handles for easy handling and has enlarged openings on two corners for suctioning spilled substances without removing it.
• They are prepared for bottom drainage.
• They have an attractive and enhanced design, aligned with the rest of the product range.
• They are made in one piece with no welding, ensuring perfect sealing.
• The material used is corrosion-resistant, unlike steel and/or galvanized tanks.
• The VPF01 and VPF02 are fully compatible with standard 1200x800 mm Europallets.
• The new polyethylene drum spill containment tanks are stackable.
